Two worship services are conducted simultaneously in English & Mandarin. They normally run for around 75 minutes.

Both congregations meet for refreshments after worship. On the first Sunday of each month we have a shared lunch.

What to expect in our services

The Bible says that Christian worship should be simple and to the point. So we focus on the four key elements of Church gatherings: God's Word, Prayer, Holy Communion and Fellowship. (Acts 2:42) Our music and singing is a mix of older and newer songs, with simple accompaniment. We spend a large proportion of our time reading, hearing and teaching from the Bible. We pray together for the needs of our church, community and world. We share in Holy Communion (or 'The Lord's Supper') fortnightly. And we spend time before and after the meeting (and through the week) sharing, encouraging, comforting and helping one another. We believe that church is not a performance or an 'experience,' but an expression of true community shaped by the Gospel, and a small foretaste of what life in the New Creation will be like. So we avoid doing anything that might distract from that or draw more attention to ourselves than to Jesus Christ whom we gather to honour and worship.
